What to Expect

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with any preparation details and location information. I'll reach out if I have any questions before our session.

Payment and Cancellation

Private sessions are paid in full when you book. Payments are non-refundable.

Need to change your time? Let me know at least 24 hours before your session and we’ll reschedule to a date within 60 days.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show, you can reschedule once, to a date within 30 days.

Package sessions follow the same policy. If I ever need to cancel, you’ll get a full refund or a new time, your choice.
