Dynamic Breathwork

Dynamic Breathwork is a powerful tool for unwinding and releasing habitual patterns of bracing in the body and mind that keep us from living fully and authentically in the world. It is a meditation, an embodiment practice, and a form of somatic self-healing.

A single session can involve the resolution of current issues, processing of old emotions, release of stuck energies, powerful insights, recovery of lost memories, visionary experiences, feelings of profound peace, and more.

Dynamic Breathwork Can Help You:

  • Sleep better
  • Stop overthinking
  • Ease physical pain
  • Make clearer decisions
  • Feel more like yourself again
  • Increase energy & well-being
  • Lower anxiety & built-up stress
  • Be more present in your relationships
  • Feel your emotions without overwhelm
  • Build more resilience to manage whatever life brings

There are many types of breathwork for somatic release, such as Stanislav Grof's Holotropic Breathwork and Leonard Orr's Rebirthing Breathwork. Dynamic Breathwork, developed by my teacher Jesse Torgerson, follows in these traditions, but combines the conscious connected breath with a system of somatic points used to locate and dissolve emotional and physical armoring that has outlived its usefulness. The points allow the material to come into consciousness, and the breath allows it to be metabolized.

Somatic Coaching

Somatic coaching for over-thinkers. Mindset coaching for deep feelers.

1:1 coaching sessions provide a space & structure for honest reflection, emotional unearthing, and embodied change. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface—old patterns, protective strategies, unconscious beliefs—and begin to reconnect you with the grounded clarity and vitality that's always been yours.

This work is somatic, relational, and rooted in the present moment. It's for people who want to feel more aligned in their relationships, more alive in their bodies, and more connected to what matters.

If you're feeling stuck, spinning your wheels, or just know something in you is ready for a shift, this might be the next step.

How It Works

I ask new clients to begin with a 3-session commitment. Each session is 90 minutes, giving us space to build trust, get oriented, and start working with what's most present for you. You can use the sessions over the course of three months, or more quickly if that feels right.

After the first three, you're welcome to continue on a session-by-session basis, depending on what feels supportive.

Common Questions

"Somatic" simply means of the body. While coaching involves the mind, it emphasizes felt experience—sensations, emotions, breath, and physical patterns. Rather than analyzing history and story, somatic coaching brings direct contact with present-moment experience. Challenges are explored through how they manifest physically, with shifts occurring through awareness, movement, and breath work.

People seek support when something feels wrong but they cannot name it specifically. Common concerns include feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns; navigating major life transitions like parenthood, burnout, grief, or identity shifts; and seeking grounded, embodied work beyond traditional therapy or personal development approaches.

Coaching sessions are more spacious and adaptive than breathwork-focused sessions. While breathwork may be incorporated, these engagements draw from a broader toolkit including guided inquiry, parts work, reflective conversation, and other somatic processes tailored to what emerges during each session.

Not exactly, though overlap exists. Therapy is clinical with diagnosis and fixed methods, while coaching is experiential, body-based, and relational—emphasizing meeting oneself honestly rather than fixing problems. Many therapy clients find this work complements their previous explorations.

A note: The services I offer are coaching and facilitation in nature. I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional, and I do not diagnose, treat, or offer mental health care. My work is somatic and experiential, focused on supporting personal insight, embodiment, and emotional awareness. While powerful material can arise in these sessions, they are not a substitute for clinical mental health care. If you are currently experiencing severe emotional distress, trauma symptoms, or mental health challenges that significantly impact your daily functioning, I recommend working with a licensed therapist alongside or instead of this work.

"Eli is an intuitive facilitator with real clarity around how to get to the heart of things. Working with him has taught me how to feel my emotions, express them, and use them to grow and find my direction in life."

— Timothy Muller
